Supervisor Doug Chaffee, Fourth District

February 2, 2020

The OC Public Libraries is bringing back its "Fine Free Library Days" from February 14-29, 2020. During this program, library items with overdue fines or marked "lost" can be returned to any of the library system's 32 branches, and related fines and fees will be waived. "Take a leap back to the library" this leap year by visiting an OC Public Library branch in the Fourth District - the Brea Library or the La Habra Library.

If you are not an OC Public Libraries card holder, register here for an eCard. All residents of Orange County are eligible for a OC Public Libraries eCard. This new service aims to provide greater access to library resources and make signing up for a card fast and easy.

OC Public Libraries eCard holders will have immediate access to a world of online resources. This includes music streaming, 40,000 eBooks and over 29,000 eAudiobooks, which are perfect for enjoying while on work commutes, in the waiting room, during lunch breaks, or even on vacations and weekend trips! Those who wish to have full service library cards can simply visit any of the 32 branches and convert their eCard into a full-service card.

Please see the flyers below for more information.
